Change and growth are essential processes, not just in business but in life in general, and they require patience and persistence. We should encourage ourselves to embrace the journey of transformation. Challenges and setbacks are part of the process, and perseverance is crucial to build our resilience. After all, there is nothing sweeter than the fruits of your labor.
I joined ACE as a Business Analyst in September 2023, after having finished my master’s degree in Finance and Information Management. I have always had a passion for the intersection of these two subjects, which makes ACE the perfect place for me. In particular, my competencies are centered around data management and financial risk.
Having previously worked for a pension consultant, I found that the most interesting parts of my work was the changing environment of the Dutch pension system, and how companies tackled this transformation. I felt proud looking back at a project, leaving the client with the capabilities to manage these ongoing changes.
Outside of work, I love getting lost in a great book, trying out new recipes and exploring the city of Amsterdam.
