When you focus on the daily business as usual and results alone it is easy to overlook changes happening around you. Embracing change and responding to a changing environment is a pivotal capability to survive. Financial organizations operate in a heavily regulated environment where it is key to adapt to regulatory triggered changes as well as to (technological) changes that organizations need to go through in order to stay relevant for their clients.

At ACE, I lever my experience to support the financial sector in implementing change in the field of (non-financial) risk management and data management requirements in an effective and structured way. Working for a large bank and Big4 consultancy I have gained experience in non-financial risk management, data governance and data management, compliance and IT/Operational auditing topics within mainly the financial services industry. I have a passion for deep diving in content and always learning new things, to develop myself further professionally and personally.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family and friends. Furthermore, I love racing my bike, watch football, go skiing and have an interested in anything that has screens and/or buttons.
