Managing and maintaining control over the impact of guidelines, rules, laws, and regulations (in short: regulatory change) on both the strategy and operating model of financial institutions can be somewhat difficult and frustrating – it impacts many aspects of the business and if left unmanaged, eats away precious time, energy and funds.
I am passionate about helping our clients regain control and grip on strategic change, both at portfolio and individual programme level. For me, it is all about setting up an effective collaboration between your team and ours, unlocking the best of their capabilities, knowledge and expertise in order to come up with elegant, effective and simple solutions.

Entrepreneurship and adding value to business are important to me – but in the end its spending time with family, friends, cooking and dining (preferably combined), travelling, cycling, skiing, driving cars and contributing to my local community that are most rewarding in my life.
