ACE Management Consulting is a trusted advisor to the financial organisations across the EU. We help clients solve difficult problems relating to the implementation of regulatory requirements. Our GenAI-enabled workbench RegAI enables financial organisations to make faster and more informed decisions by offering control and insight across the regulatory change lifecycle, with integrated data visibility and intelligence to support earlier decision-making.

ACE Interim, previously known as ATOMIC, provides clients with significant expertise across financial risk, compliance, operational risk, regulatory change, data, and sustainable finance. ACE Interim professionals include program managers, saga integrators, senior risk management experts, and interim line managers.

Risketeers is a joint venture between New Monday & ACE + Company. Risketeers supports financial organisations in finding passionate, experienced, and qualified young professionals. Our Risk Professionals program integrates high-intensity training and coaching alongside on-the-job experience, via a 12-month work and training secondment – with our support – after which they join your organisation with the benefit of that experience.

How we work

Through co-creation, we aim to create lasting solutions for our clients. ACE works as a joint team with the client, rather than as standalone consultants. This enables us to provide strength in depth, flexibility and an efficient cost structure for our clients. We combine our broad knowledge of the agenda of the various supervisors and the (upcoming) rules and regulations with our in-depth knowledge of and experience in the financial sector. We combine a business perspective with a regulatory perspective, which makes our approach unique. Our strength is our ability to mobilise very quickly in order to lay the foundations of the main critical initial activities, being able to ramp-up as needed while proceeding in the assignment.

ACE + Sustainability

EcoVadis Gold Certificate

Sustainability plays a major role in the consulting work we do for our clients. We advise on sustainability regulations, strategy, and climate risk management. But we also leave a footprint on our environment through our use of goods and energy, and our travel to our office and clients. At ACE, we take climate responsibility seriously. Our emissions come almost entirely from Scope 3 (purchasing, travel, and commuting). Our offices run entirely on green electricity, and we do not have our own vehicles or combustion sources.

We have set ourselves a goal: net zero by 2030, twenty years ahead of the EU. This means that we reduce at least 13 tons of CO₂ every year. By 2024, we will have achieved this without purchasing CO₂ offsets; our focus is now entirely on real reduction. In this way, we are showing that every organization can make a big difference.

Our Carbon Offset

Sustainability plays a major role in the advisory work we do for our clients. We consult on sustainability-related regulation, strategy, and climate risk management. However, we too leave a footprint on our environment by using goods and energy, and traveling to our office and clients. ACE estimates its carbon footprint to be around 27 tonnes of CO2-equivalent on a yearly basis. To minimize the impact that ACE has on our planet, we offset the entirety of these emissions via Gold Standard certified carbon offsets. In 2023, ACE purchased 27 Verified Emissions Reductions to save 27 tonnes of CO2-equivalent from being released into the atmosphere, offsetting our entire 2022 emissions.

Partnerships

The FBA serves about 50 international banking group members operating in The Netherlands. They provide a wide range of financial services through their branches, subsidiaries, rep offices and cross-border services.

Green Business Club Zuidas is an impact organisation that focuses on concrete results by initiating sustainable projects in Amsterdam Zuidas.
