What will you do

Working in close collaboration with internal teams and clients, you will build reliable systems that grow with the product over time.

Your key responsibilities are:

  • Building and leading the development of end-to-end LLM applications using the latest advanced technologies for document ingestion, embeddings, retrieval strategies, and agentic workflows;
  • Defining and embedding LLMOps and Responsible AI practices;
  • Staying up to date with the latest trends and technologies in data science and actively introducing them to the team;
  • Encouraging knowledge sharing among the team members and promoting a collaborative work environment;

 

Experience you will bring

  • 6+ years of relevant experience with 3+ years of professional experience in applying GenAI and broader machine learning techniques;
  • Hands-on experience with Python and established GenAI frameworks/standards/workflows (e.g. LangChain);
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a broader team, and take ownership of your code and delivery, with the confidence to raise concerns early when you foresee blockers or challenges;
  • Pragmatic instinct for when speed matters most and when depth does, and the judgement to switch between them;
  • Hands-on experience with LLMOps practices: deploying LLM applications behind secure APIs, building evaluation and regression pipelines, prompt and version management, and production observability;
  • Experience with responsible AI practices such as PII filtering, hallucination and bias mitigation, and output guardrails;
  • Proven ability to play a senior role in projects and to provide guidance to juniors in the team;
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience implementing knowledge graphs;
  • Familiarity with Azure stack: Azure Functions, Container Apps, etc.;
  • Familiarity with the financial services sector and regulatory frameworks related to AI ethics, privacy, and data protection;
  • Consulting experience.
