About you

Based on your experience with managing change in the finance & risk domain within the financial services industry, this role requires you to:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their challenges and provide bespoke, innovative solutions;
  • Lead and manage consultancy teams on strategic engagements;
  • Drive business development activities, including identifying new opportunities, client relationship management, and participating in pitches;
  • Mentor and coach junior consultants, contributing to their professional development and career progression;
  • Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

 

What will you do

While working in close collaboration with the client, you will make an impact and create value by delivering long lasting solutions and capabilities.

Your key capabilities are:

  • Result-driven and you can develop a strategy and roadmap for transformation projects and programs, to ensure delivery and implementation of solutions;
  • Understanding the dynamics and importance of stakeholder management;
  • You can easily switch between delivery, project management and multiple clients;
  • Taking responsibility for the quality of timely delivery to clients;
  • You are ambitious, entrepreneurial and commercially minded. You think about new opportunities and thereby contribute to the growth of ACE.

 

Experience you will bring

  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Economics, Technology, or Data Science;
  • At least 8 years of experience managing impactful change in the finance & risk domain within the financial sector;
  • A track record of leading transformation projects from conception to implementation, that reflects commitment to authenticity, impact, and quality;
  • Proven ability in leading teams
  • You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written.
