He has led large-scale programs end-to-end, from strategy through to delivery and sustainable adoption, across financial services, international organisations, and government entities. That cross-sector perspective gives him a broader view on how different industries approach governance, risk, and change.

His focus on RegTech and AI reflects a firm belief that technology-enabled change is essential to future-proof compliance, but technology alone isn’t the answer. He has been involved in leadership and organisational change trajectories, helping teams and leaders shift mindsets and build capabilities that outlast the program itself. Understanding a client’s real needs, building trust, and bringing people along on the journey is where lasting change begins.

When not working, he enjoys catching up with friends over good meals, exploring new places, or planning trips, and is at his best when around people.
