For me, this quote embodies a call to action. It is about leading by example, about living the changes you envision for our society. Encouraging systemic change means actively promoting and implementing strategies that not only comply with, but also set the bar for future regulatory standards. For sustainable finance, this means adopting an environmentally and socially responsible approach incorporated throughout the whole organization.
At ACE, my ambition is to contribute towards a future proof and sustainable financial sector by focusing on integrating ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) principles, powered by inclusive and equitable AI technology. My drive is to be impactful, ambitious, energetic and curious and to work in successful teams that achieve great results, while having a positive influence on our environment.
In my personal life I love to be outdoors, engaging in sports like rowing, cycling, ice skating, and skiing. Often you will find me making pictures of sunsets or looking for hidden treasures in thrift shops. I love educating myself with books or get lost in a hopelessly romantic novel. Next to this I get energy from cooking for friends and family and just enjoy being around the people close to me.
