Fatma Bugdayci-Yildirim

Born in Rotterdam and living in Zaandam for five years. It took some getting used to, but I now feel like a real “Zaankanter”. After my study BMER I started my first ‘real’ job in the insurance industry. Then I ended up in the world of finance, where I found my drive and ambition. In the meantime, I became a mother of two beautiful girls. It never bores a day to be busy with numbers and making sure finance is in order.

Job satisfaction and achieving goals gives me a lot of energy. Work-life balance is essential here. Nice colleagues and challenging work, that’s what I do it for. I am incredibly loyal and go to work with 100% commitment, this gives me a feeling of satisfaction and when my efforts pay off, I can say that I am happy. My goal at Ace is to keep finance in order and make sure everything is clear and running smoothly.

Outside of work I spend a lot of time with my children and husband. I also like to meet up with friends every now and then and spend time with my family in Rotterdam. When I have some energy left, I also enjoy working with macramé, in which I can use my creativity.
