Ace + Company appoints Janco Jordaan as Partner

Ace + Company has appointed Janco Jordaan as Partner, effective 1 January 2026. With this appointment, Ace has strengthened its partner group and continues to accelerate the further development of its RegTech and RegAI Helia offerings for financial institutions.

Janco has been with Ace + Company since 2018. He has played a leading role in the development and delivery of RegTech solutions and Helia applications that support and scale compliance and risk processes, particularly in complex, highly regulated environments. His work sits at the intersection of regulatory change, risk and data (including BCBS 239), translating regulation and strategy into practical changes across operating models, processes and data management, including governance, implementation and adoption.

Arthur Willigenburg, Founder of Ace + Company: “Janco combines deep expertise with strong execution. His ability to connect strategy, data and delivery is directly relevant for clients operating in an increasingly complex regulatory landscape.”

As Partner, Janco focuses on delivering measurable client outcomes, leveraging RegTech and Helia as well as the underlying changes required across organisation, processes and data. He also contributes to the continued development of Ace + Company as a consultancy and RegTech partner for financial institutions.

Janco Jordaan: “I look forward to contributing to the next phase of Ace + Company’s growth and supporting clients in applying RegTech and Helia in a way that delivers sustainable results.”
