The current amount of legislation and regulations is a struggle for many organisations. When being focused on results, change can easily be moving in the wrong direction. Therefore, it is important to take the time to create oversight and to take all aspects of a business into account before rushing into action.
Thanks to many years of experience in the banking sector, I have developed into an all-round risk professional who combines content knowledge and project management skills with a result-oriented approach. My specialisation is risk management and regulatory change.
My strength lies in that I can bring structure and can create oversight in complex environments. Combining effective collaboration and expertise, leading to a solution that is elegant in its simplicity. My ideal working environment is multidisciplinary and dynamic as I believe that cooperation and combining different skills is key for being successful in projects.
Outside of work, I like to spend time with my family and friends and besides that I enjoy playing tennis, travelling, and cooking.
