“THE GREATEST DANGER IN TIMES OF TURBULENCE IS NOT THE TURBULENCE; IT IS TO ACT WITH YESTERDAY’S LOGIC.” - Peter Drucker

More about Erwin

Many organizations struggle with the current amount of legislation and regulations. Focus is often on the short term ‘extinguishing the fire’ and there is less time to think about preventing it in the first place. Whilst many are aware of this dilemma, it is nevertheless difficult to achieve lasting change amidst the pressure, i.e., the paradox of change.

Change imbues in me new and/or renewed energy as I work with the client to ‘think outside the box’ to form innovate but realistic ideas. My goal is to create the preconditions that enable the organization to successfully manage their upcoming changes.

I have over 25 years of experience in the financial sector, both as an employee and as a consultant/ program manager. In these years I have developed into an all-round senior manager who combines broad (banking) experience, in people, process and IT, with a results-oriented approach.

My specialization is the integration and alignment of strategic (IT) initiatives with business objectives. With this holistic perspective, I am known as constructively critical, a bridge builder and an advocate of creative yet pragmatic solutions.

Outside of work I like to spend time with my family, to socialize (food, cooking, friends) and wherever possible to find time for Golf and (recently) SIM racing.
