The concept of change is complex. You can create the most efficient processes, utilise state-of-the-art tools and think that you have everything under control but still not succeed. To successfully implement change you need to first change hearts and brains. You need to convince people and you need to really understand their mentality and the problems they face. Only then, you can drive real, meaningful and successful change.
My experience and knowledge is quite diverse ranging from Financial Risk and Compliance to Trade Finance and Data structures. That allows me to apply a helicopter view on my engagements and better understand the landscape and challenges that my clients face.
I get energy from diverse environments, solving problems, making things simple, getting things done and having fun with my colleagues.
Outside the office, I enjoy the company of my family and friends. I love travelling, interacting with other cultures and learning new things.
