At Ace, I am passionate about contributing to the deployment of the right technologies to accelerate meaningful change, bridging the gap between clients and AI-enabled solutions. The latest advances in AI have only deepened my interest in Responsible AI and its critical role in today’s landscape. Whether it’s addressing unclear AI governance, resolving gaps in data ownership, improving risk classification, or streamlining fragmented CSRD processes, I enjoy turning complexity into practical solutions. With a strong technical foundation and subject experience in CSRD implementation, Responsible AI, and ESG risk, I aim to help integrate ESG metrics into every licence-to-operate, transforming compliance from a mere requirement into a catalyst for system-wide, sustainable impact.

My professional sweet spot lies in the intersection of AI, financial systems, and ESG considerations. I get a lot of energy from applying my analytical skills to break down complex challenges and contribute to practical, cross-functional solutions. Outside of work, you’ll often find me running, biking or painting, and forever hunting for the perfect set of vintage pearls.
