*– Alan Watts*

I believe change is both wonderful and daunting. We’ve all felt that unsettling feeling whilst endeavouring on a new path, like a mix of excitement and anxiety, unsure of which one is which. But, change is inevitable, and resisting it serves no purpose.

At Ace, I have the opportunity to lead this dance, helping financial institutions embrace the future by understanding and adapting to change. This mindset naturally drew me toward sustainability, a dynamic field that requires creative problem-solving to navigate its many challenges.

Collaboration fuels me. I thrive on working with diverse individuals, combining perspectives to uncover unique insights. To see how in practice a different perspective can lead to varying insights is something wonderful and is ultimately what guided me to the path of consultancy. I strive to recognize this diversity and make myself and my colleagues thrive under it.

Outside of work, my competitive spirit shines further. Whether it’s late-night card games, a game of chess, or kicking a football in the lowest division in the Netherlands, I enjoy engaging in friendly competition and building connections with others.
