In the face of inevitable change, financial institutions often see regulatory mandates as obstacles. Yet those who build walls miss the potential within these shifts. Instead of resisting, those who see change as an opportunity can innovate, ultimately driving the industry forward.

At ACE, my role is to bring clarity to complexity, helping organizations turn regulatory uncertainty into structured action. With a strong footing in compliance and AI, I explore how technology can not only streamline compliance but also sharpen a bank’s ability to anticipate and respond to emerging risks.

I gained hands-on experience with the regulatory challenges banks face while working in first-line compliance, during a time of rapidly tightening screening and monitoring requirements. Recognizing the growing need for smarter regulatory solutions, I delved into the world of RegTech. At ACE, I’m now in a position to drive meaningful change and help shape the future of the industry.

Outside of work, I have a constant desire to learn and explore. Be it new places, new trivia facts to share with friends, or new ball sports. My latest hobby has been a Dutch game of korfball.
