Change perfectly reflects the nature of software development. Systems must adapt to evolving requirements, technology shifts, and compliance regulations. Embracing change through structured processes ensures software remains secure, efficient, and aligned with current standards. Effective change management is crucial for meeting regulatory demands in an ever-changing environment.

At Ace, I lead the software engineering efforts in our products. Software has the power to accelerate people in their work, and working with Ace on Helia is going to be a game-changer.

In my work I get quite a lot of energy from knowing that my work has made a difference in the work of our consultants and our clients. Their feedback is invaluable, helping us continuously improve and better meet their needs.

Outside of work, I enjoy playing with my dogs in the park, traveling, and playing the piano.
