# We hold an EcoVadis Silver Medal, in the 86th percentile of our peers

Sustainability is part of doing business well. It shapes how we advise clients, how we decide, and how we run our own operations. We work across four areas: Environment, Ethics, Labour & Human Rights, and Sustainable Procurement. We have been assessed by EcoVadis every year since 2022. We aim to be net zero by 2030.

## **Four areas, not four slogans**

Each area has its own targets, its own policies and its own evidence. This is what EcoVadis assesses us on.

**Environment**

Net zero by 2030, twenty years ahead of the EU target. In 2024 our emissions were 78.93 tonnes CO2e, down from 133.84 tonnes in 2023. Renewable energy, cleaner mobility, circular practice.

**Ethics**

Integrity and transparency, written down and enforced. A Code of Conduct, an Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy, a Data Protection Standard, and anonymous whistleblowing channels that anyone can use.

**Labour & Human Rights**

A diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace with a DE&I Strategy that sets goals for representation, engagement and inclusive leadership. We are Great Place to Work certified.

**Sustainable Procurement**

Since 2025, sustainable procurement is part of our ESG standard of practice. Our Supplier Code of Conduct sets expectations on fair labour, human rights, ethics and environmental standards. We assess suppliers on ESG performance.
