Organizational skills. Creative. Result-oriented.

“Change is a necessary part of life. Be willing to surrender what you are for what you could become.” – Reinhold Niebuhr.

Every individual is different. Every organization is different. The resemblance is in the pursuit of improvement. By continuously improving , both people and organizations can excel.

Every organization has entrenched patterns. This contributes to routine and comfort, but sometimes it can lead to a negative vicious circle. By asking the right questions, I help clients put things in a new perspective.

My business background and experience in Lean provide a good basis for change management. I obtain energy to take on challenges with a team and set sail on a new course.

In my opinion, balance is the keyword for success. I think it is important to make time for family and friends, but also to work on personal growth. I like to push my own boundaries and learn new things. Therefore, I read various books and write about different subjects. I also like to travel and get to know different cultures: we must learn from each other.
