Like our own muscles, organizations only become stronger by being torn down and rebuilt. The process of real transformation is always intensive. Change happens if we are willing to address current assumptions that now form our foundation. This requires decisiveness. Change must never be a goal in itself; it must result in visible advantages.

It is a true passion of mine to understand the strategic goals of an organization and apply the above steps to ensure visible results. Using a mixture of empathy and tenacity, my focus is on results, while keeping an eye on the journey.

In my spare time, I try to disconnect from the daily hubbub of work. I must confess that I do not always succeed in this goal; I love challenges in my professional life, and always find myself thinking out new ideas and projects. I can really recharge when I go out to shop for the latest technical gadgets.
