Arthur is Partner and co-founder of ACE Regulatory Change and has over 20 years’ experience as a senior consultant, orchestrator and program manager in the financial sector. Arthur has previously worked for KPMG, Magnitude Consulting, ING Group, A.T. Kearney and as an independent consultant. Arthur studied Banking and Insurance at Hogeschool Utrecht and Economy and Corporate Finance at Tilburg University. In 2003 he completed the 2-year post-doc Executive Master Management Consulting (EMMC) at the VU.
Arthur has extensive business and strategy consulting experience, as well as program managing in largescale change trajectories in business, finance and risk environments. He was involved as project manager in the risk assessment of one the biggest banking mergers in the Dutch financial sector to date. Furthermore, he was involved with the remodeling of the risk governance of a globally active insurance company, oversaw the preparation of assessment frameworks for the Nederlandsche Bank and has extensive project management experience with, among others, BCBS239 and Privacy Legislation at banks.
