# Where findings become assigned work

A gap from an Impact Assessment, a duplicate from [Risk & Control](https://acecompany.nl/helia/risk-control), an alert from Horizon Scanning: whatever the module surfaces, this is where it becomes assigned, tracked and reviewed remediation, with each work item traceable back to what caused it.

## **Four roles, so accountability is never ambiguous**

**1**

**Business admin**

Creates and edits all projects and work items, and supports oversight across the whole module.

**2**

**Project manager**

Manages projects and work items, monitors progress and coordinates delivery across owners.

**3**

**Item owner**

Executes the work items assigned to them, updates progress and provides the evidence for review.

**4**

**Reviewer**

Validates submitted work and its evidence, then approves the item or sends it back with feedback.

## **Track every item from assigned to approved**

Owners work their items and submit them; reviewers approve, or send them back with feedback. Every step leaves a record: the evidence for what was delivered, the blockers raised, the requirements answered, and who changed what and when.

**Delivery and approval evidence**

Owners record what demonstrates completion; reviewers record what demonstrates the review happened.

**Issues and blockers**

Raise a blocker and the item is flagged as blocked, which rolls up to the project view until it is closed.
